Aluminum Water Heater Anode Rod

Interior corrosion, driven by heated mineral-rich tank water, is a top cause of water heater failure.
The anode rod prevents corrosion/leaks by releasing electrons to divert corrosive attack to itself instead of tank walls and heating pipes.
Our extruded aluminum anode rod delivers higher current per unit weight than cast alternatives, corrodes slower than magnesium anodes at low sacrificial voltage, and is a cost-effective choice for hard-water systems. Replace when 75% corroded; 2-year protection guaranteed.

Description

Description:
Cylindrical aluminum anodes for galvanic cathodic protection enable easy replacement in heater treaters and production vessels. Made of high-potential In/Zn/Si alloys, they deliver ~1.10V (vs. Ag/AgCl reference cell), excellent current output and superior corrosion protection in high-temperature brines. BaiQi Metal’s versions have threaded steel pipe cores with stabilizing rods for strong bonding, and all batches pass emission tests for quality assurance.
