Hybrid activated zinc sacrificial anodes imbedded in an ion-conductive auto moistening coating pre-embedded in a conductive silicate based mortar, for cathodic protection of reinforced concrete structures.
Protection of reinforced structures which are newly build
or need to be repaired.
Several typical examples of applications :
existing structure
BaiQi hybrid anodes feature a multi-layer zinc core with patented ion-conductive self-moistening coating and hybridic silicate mortar, ensuring long-term activity and corrosion protection in high-risk areas. Easy, fast installation minimizes costs, while the driving potential between anode and reinforcement delivers long-lasting corrosion inhibition for structures.
Typical features
BaiQi corrosion occurs when dissimilar metals contact in an electrolyte. The metal with the lower (more negative) electrochemical potential sacrifices itself to protect the other. BaiQi hybrid anodes work similarly: they corrode sacrificially to shield attached steel/reinforcement. Each anode generates an electric field—known as “throwing power”—in the electrolyte, defining its protective zone.
